1) What fabrics do you use?
American Apparel T-shirts are made with 100% ring spun combed cotton. The T-shirts are designed to flatter nearly every body type. For the fitting chart, click HERE.

2) Where are your products designed?
ThreadBird manufactures and carefully prints on each individual t-shirt. The shirts are designed in bulk and sent to our office in Oregon where we package and distribute them to your doorsteps.

3) Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, all products are available worldwide. Shipping costs $1.99 locally in the United States and $6.99 abroad (may vary depending on location). Costs also lower in multiple/bundle purchases. Shipping costs are shown to you before your checkout is finalized.

4) What is your return policy?
-If you would like to make a return/exchange, please email me at Size exchanges are just charged for shipping costs.
-BooShoe Clothing is not responsible for items lost in transit.
-Payment via checks/cash is sent at the customer's own risk.

5) Where is my shipment?
Shipments may be tracked on the website of your shipping provider. (UPS/FedEx/USPS). BooShoe Clothing has no jurisdiction over packages after the items have been sent. The first set of shipments will be delivered no later than August 20th. (There is a delay between order time and delivery time because this is the first printing--future printings will be much faster.)

5) What currencies do you accept?
No matter where you are from, you can purchase from this store. This store is based in the US and uses USD ($). When you check out, currencies will be converted to your own national currency.

6) What payment methods are accepted?
PayPal gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular transactions through your PayPal account. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store.

7) Is purchasing from this store secure/safe?
Yes. This store uses PayPal for all transactions, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
